This morning I had conducted a TWI training on Food and Beverage principles and Services. I was in the night shift with a team member. I am the Restaurant incharged in our Deli Boutique by Suitehotel so we need to keep on eye to the guest, make a general cleaning, set up the Morning Breakfast and train people to enhance professionalism in hospitality.

 

I discussed the hand out to my team members and make a personal reflections on the theme. I let them knew and understand every sentences and give a real examples on how to apply it in our daily operations.

 

When we finished the training, one of my team member approached me and say, « I would like to thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for sharing, motivating and guiding us, because I never experience this kind of training before, it made me motivated to work and happy to face the challenging task ». Then I told him, you’re welcome always and say in Chinese language- Xhe xhie! means merci in french.
