mercure dubai

Last July 07, 2009 we went to the Mercure Grand Hotel in Jebel Hafeet Al Ain, Abu Dhabi. We were 10 team members from Suitehotel Dubai Mall of the Emirates, Hotel Ibis, Novotel and Sofitel Dubai. We departed from Dubai on 8am and arrived in Mercure Al Ain on about 10:30 am, it was almost two and a half hour journey by car. I cannot imagine the Hotel is on top of the mountain. It is very very high location which you can see a hugh unique formations of rocks from long time ago. The fogs were not really thick, we\’re unable to see some great sceneries from downtown of Al Ain Oasis. when we reached the place, we were astonished by the great environment because we cannot see it in Dubai, you know already life in a city. Traffic, exhousted of the humidity. They toured us along the hotel premises and stay in the pool then went to the fitness gym. At lunch we altogether had our lunch meal under the shading tree overseeing deep view of the city. We had a great time on that day but very very tired going back home because of a long journey. It was nice to know and meet our associate there.
