
Why do the people need to jump? This is regarding the Suitehotel bed jumping which is a part of the hotel way to attract more guest to come in our hotel, have sleep and relax to feel that they are home away from home. According to what I have read, Jumping forms an integral part of the training programme of many athletes, particularly those who compete in explosive events requiring very powerful legs.
Athletes may perform a wide variety of jumps, including long jumps from a 40 metre run-up, short jumps using a shorter approach, and drop jumps from the top of benches. Jumping facilitates the stretch reflex in muscles and helps to strengthen ligaments, tendons, and connective tissue in and around the joints. However, it is a risky activity because it imposes a lot of mechanical strain on joints and muscles…So let’s jump now together!
