People travel for different reasons. Some travel to take photos of notable landmarks and popular tourist attractions. Some do so to immerse themselves in different cultures and meet the locals of each country that they visit. There will be individuals who ride that plane to some far off destination to go on a gastronomic adventure and taste the sumptuous cuisines of different countries. Of course, folks can travel to head to the beach to relax and rejuvenate under the energizing heat of the sun. For me to work in Suitehotel here in Dubai is a great achievement in my life, aside from the great associates here, you can find the breathtaking scenery or tantalizing views which defects the luxurious establishment, a world-class hotels where Suitehotel situated in Dubai’s most perfect and luxurious location.

There is a saying, the more you learn the more you earn. I believe indeed that success is in our hands. We are the one making our life to be a successful one. I am happy that I am one of the competent team member of Deli Boutique by Suitehotel Dubai because the trainings, staff smiling, friendly management, and mostly we are always made our guest happy. That’s why we are always praise by our guest as a very friendly and smiling team and i\’m proud of myself to be one of them. Hopefully I can make more better things to contribute more development in Deli Boutique as my supportive F & B management guides me to be more productive staff.

I would to say about my career in Suitehotel. It is a pleasure for me to join this prestigoius hospitality worldwide. Over the past experience that I gained from various hospitality operations, I just profoundly realize the true hospitality values in this hotel. When you meet each other early in the morning before you start for work, everyone will greet you a pleasant day, wishing me to be more delightful for work. I have my personal target in the next five years that hopefully I can achieve more career growth in Accor. To be a Restaurant Manager in the future maybe a possible career target for me. Hopefully maybe with the help of our energetic and supportive management team, as a Spirit of Conquest, it would be a privilege for me if I can work in any other Suitehotel branch.

Suitehotel porte une attention particulière à la manière dont sont accueillis les clients et les collaborateurs lorsqu’ils se rendent dans l’un des Suitehotel du réseau. Le recrutement des équipes d’accueil est donc toujours un moment très important de la vie de l’entreprise car il contribue à détecter la capacité d’un candidat à respecter et à initier cet esprit d’hospitalité. En août prochain le Suitehotel de Marseille Centre va ouvrir et il était donc temps pour les équipes de se constituer.

Le 23 mai dernier, une grande journée de recrutement a donc été conçue pour recruter les nouveaux collaborateurs Suitehotel. Les candidats ont pu montrer leur créativité et leur sens de l’accueil au travers de plusieurs ateliers répartis tout au long de cette journée : des mimes, des jeux de rôles et des mises en situation ont été au programme.

Mais la démarche allait aussi dans l’autre sens… Les équipes de Suitehotel et les membres du jury étaient là aussi pour répondre aux questions des candidats, leur présenter l’entreprise et les orienter dans leur démarche de recherche d’emploi au sein de Suitehotel.

Les membres du jury qui comptaient parmi eux le directeur de l’hôtel Fabrice Gratreaud et son adjointe Karine, ont fini par retenir 4 candidats dont 3 n’ont jamais exercé le métier de réceptionniste. En effet ils ont tous su montrer durant cette journée leur capacité à exercer ces responsabilités au sein de l’entreprise.
