This morning I had conducted a TWI training on Food and Beverage principles and Services. I was in the night shift with a team member. I am the Restaurant incharged in our Deli Boutique by Suitehotel so we need to keep on eye to the guest, make a general cleaning, set up the Morning Breakfast and train people to enhance professionalism in hospitality.
I discussed the hand out to my team members and make a personal reflections on the theme. I let them knew and understand every sentences and give a real examples on how to apply it in our daily operations.
When we finished the training, one of my team member approached me and say, “I would like to thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for sharing, motivating and guiding us, because I never experience this kind of training before, it made me motivated to work and happy to face the challenging task”. Then I told him, you’re welcome always and say in Chinese language- Xhe xhie! means merci in french.
