A découvrir A-BSO-LU-MENT!!!

Travelling by a country’s national flag carrier-Gulf Air to Bahrain is very interesting. Bahrain is a rich country in the gulf states that produces a huge oil barrel everyday. My flight was okay but I just don’t like the food I requested from a cabin crew, maybe I dont have apetite on that time but still enjoying the inflight movie that made me feel so good during the entire trip.

Manama is the capital city of State of Bahrain. If we remember the late star Michael Jackson one day live here and bought a number of properties for family private vacation. This country is surrounded by the Gulf Sea. The currency is Bahrain Dinar and I noticed they have the highest exchange rate in every international currencies.
Living in Bahrain is very good since everything you will buy has no taxes or surcharges. Don’t forget to learn some Arabic words before you travel in Bahrain.

Did you know that waterfalls can make your day relaxing and feel much comfortable compare to the normal days your life? Well, try to go and stay for an hour in the Waterfalls located in the ground floor of The Dubai Mall, the place beneath are very cool and eye relaxing because when I visit this scenery, a lot of foreigners are just taking a pictures and stay beside the falls, there are also a human statue of divers as if they are diving in the waterfalls. I try to figure out how they built this amazing attractions inside the mall. Well, this just a reminder that we all need to relax and enjoy our life after the busy work.

While roaming around the mall here in Dubai, one of the restaurant nearby attracts my attention last couple of days. I suddenly stopped and observed the innovative concept of the restaurant. The guest were all seated infront of a rounding movable barrier where all the dishes and menu can directly selected as you want. Typically the foods are mostly in Japanese Cuisines and the diners are all foreigners. There is only one food attendant in the counter where you will settle your bills afterward. What a practical and very trendy restaurateurs in this generation. Aside from saving the manning, they also have a great choice of putting one multi skilled associate who can handle many guests in one place.

In the Philippines, the influence of four centuries of Spanish rule can be tasted in a blend of the flavors of Spain, China and the tropics. That same ensaymada can also be filled with ube (purple yam), macapuno (coconut) or mongo (a kind of black bean). While the ingredients are Spanish or tropical, the concept seems very Chinese (think sweet pork buns). Aside from Paella and other dishes, Ensaymada is one of the pastries that Spaniards brought to the Philippines during the Spanish colonization. Originally from Majorca – the largest island in Spain, Ensaïmada is a pastry made from flour, water sugar, eggs, mother dough and pork lard… I cant imagine but Yes Its “Pork Lard”. Last two days, I tried the Ensaymada from a good friend of mine and I think it is one of the best tasting Ensaymada I\’ve tasted before.

Would you believe this Spanish pastry has evolved over the centuries? The original Ensaymada from Majorca is typically flat unlike the ones we usually see in famous bakeshops nowadays which is usually round shaped. If you want to see an Ensaymada that looks similar to “Ensaïmada de Mallorca”, try to look for it in small panaderia’s in your neighborhood.

Ordinary Ensaymada’s are only topped with margarine and refined sugar while the upscale versions uses butter, butter cream and quick melt cheese and or “Queso de Bola.

Ensaymada is traditionally paired with “tsokolate” or hot chocolate but I recently tried to pair it with GenMaicha Green Tea and its also good. Ok enough enough, I’m sure you know what I’m craving for right now..

I was invited to try out one of Manila’s newest place for Wine and Cheese lovers. The restaurant was just newly opened that’s why they invited few people for wine tasting and to try out their Raclette Buffet. The restaurant’s décor was simple and the different sets of chairs is somehow surprising the waiters were all friendly and attentive not to mention the Chef who prepared the Raclette for us. Wine is such a wonderful luxury and probably one of the worlds most favorite beverage. From the same names behind the prestigious hotel, this new epicurean landmark in the chic Rockwell area offers wine connoisseurs a venue to satiate their taste for this classy intoxication. Aside from these, it also offers three different wine flights hailing from some of the best vineyards in the globe. Vignoble des Verdots showcases the versatility and potential of David Fourtout’s winery – a young and upcoming winemaker in Southwest France. In a short span of time, he has produced excellent quality wines earning him the “Best Winemaker of the Year” award during the Bergerac exhibition in 2002.

My cousin John who is working with me here in Suitehotel Dubai teaches me how to drive life easy by finding an innovative solution. At home, Blogging through the net after work.Curing stress with blog, a new way to ease it! In the Philippines we used to have it at the same time in our daily lives. This is a claim that has never been proven, that blogs and blogging can take out stress at all times. However, there are reported cases that blog and blogging can take away some sources of stress or imprisoned stress and lead to a healthier body, mind and spirit. In my own case, I believe that indeed blogging can take away stress at some levels. There may be some reasons to this hypothetical assumption but there are facts pointing to this belief. The belief that having a blog can take out some forms of your resident stress which mostly comes from the mind which are due to so many reasons and events that happen in our everyday life.

Telling my Own Experience

Psychologists, for example have always prescribed taking it easy with things that one is currently in to because it is a rare case that past events in our life are the cause and manifestation of stress, on the other hand, what is happening to us today is the culprit to our resident stress. In my own personal experience, I found this true all the time. Why? simply because I have been once to this situation and luckily, I was able to handle everything with the help of my own superior will and mind. But what if during those years of my illness of the so called, stress I already know about blogs and can ease out a great deal of it by talking to an online journal? What if the case of people who experience stress is due because they have nobody to talk with in a no-holds barred type of conversation? Would it be better for me then?

Analyzing Stress in a Personal Perspective

What is important however is that what the doctor said to me during that time is to take it easy with whatever is bothering my mind as he strictly mentioned that it is all in the mind and is because of current experiences but forseen solutions are based from my past. It came to my mind because he asked if I have family problems today or work related problems recently and i realized from this point, he is simply trying to tell me that my stress might have been triggered by some situation in my life that I have been in to from the past but has virtually come back because of a present experience. This is a good point because we act based on our present situation but totally dependent on our past experiences. This is the same reason why older people usually tend to approach problems better than younger people. The life experience factor tells it!

How Blog and Blogging Takes Away Stress

Let us take a look at what blog and blogging is. First of all, blogs are online journals where people jot down their everyday life and experiences. This is a collection of what they have encountered today or just the other day or maybe even last week or last month or even a few years ago but was triggered to be written because of a thought that happened today. Everything in our thoughts that manifests in a desire to write these things frees us from the imprisoned thoughts that sometimes we call as STRESS. Now, wouldn’t that be a great idea to start thinking of having your own blog? I say yes and yes not only to be hip and in with what is going on in the internet life that has been oozing out with development this past few years. I guess this does not totally convince you that curing stress with a blog is an effective way to do it. It’s up to you to tell your own experience when you get there.

Talking Everything Out with a Blog

But what I am trying to tell you, my Accor team is that there is a big difference from talking to a live human which may be your doctor and a friend whom you may talk about a problem and burst out a most of the time limited version of a thought causing you trouble called stress. there is also a big difference between talking to them and talking to an online journal called as blog or short for weblog. With a blog, you can simply tell anything and everything and this is what happens all the time. People with blogs are people who are most of the times did not bother with what problems there are outside of him. I remember personally experiencing forgetting about the time and the date it is today because I am too hooked up in writing on my blog.

Mostly, blogs are alter ego of people and it tells what they are in a deeper look at what is in their blog, the contents that is. Whatever a person writes is what he is most of the time, if a blog is a personal thingy. But if it’s more of a technical side, it might be a little difficult however to tell on who and what a person is all about. RELIEVE STRESS NOW, GET A BLOG!
