26th of June 2010 Dear Sir/Madam, the hotel /room was excellent and easy excess to the shops and Airport. However I do have to tell you that I was not happy about the chocolates I bought in Austria (Mozart Kugeln)for presents to take home to Australia, as they were taken from my room. I have arrived there Monday the 21st of June and stayed 2 nights. As I arrived really late, I slept in until around 10am on Tuesday the 22nd of June. The cleaner, a young black boy, knocked on the door but I had to send him away as I was woken up and not ready to let anyone in. I left the room to have a look around the shops etc. I have put the blue bag where the chocolates were in, into the cupboard on the bottom of it. I thought that was safe enough there as I had put all valuables in the safe. I have carried this bag all the way to Dubai at all times and no one had excess to it until I arrived at my home in Melbourne, other than being in Dubai in my room 109. I have rung my sister in Vienna, just in case I might have forgotten the chocolates there. But she re-assured me that there was nothing left behind. I didn't notice that the chocolates were missing until I emptied all my suitcases at home. Even though they are "only" chocolates", my thought now is what else has been taken out of my suitcase which I don’t even know off as yet???? When I returned from the shops, the bed was made. I have rung the hotel 3 times on Thursday to make sure that I did not leave them behind. They re-assured me that there was nothing found. That only confirms the suspicion that the chocolates were stolen in my absence while the room was cleaned. The value of those chocolates was around 70 Euros. I am very disappointed that this happened. I will certainly let my booking agent know about this incident and will recommend not to send anyone there anymore as it is not safe from theft. I have travelled a lot but I have never experienced anything like the staff in this hotel.It made my stay so much more enjoyable.It was like a home away from home.Many Thanks and I will be back.

Bon hôtel, très pratique car juste à côté du Mall of Emirates, énorme Mall avec la piste de ski, beaucoup de boutiques en tout genre et Carrefour... L'hôtel est très design, des PC tactiles HP en libre accès dans le hall pour surfer et des PS3 en libre accès aussi. Très belle piscine sur le toit, pas très grande mais très agréable avec la salle de gym à côté. Une belle boutique façon Cojean pour manger quand on veut et j'ai aussi bien aimé le style du bar... La chambre est grande, mais ils en ont des plus grandes à priori, le style est pas mal mais surtout on dort bien... L'équipe est pas toujours très à l'aise mais je crois que ça vient d'ouvrir... à tester
